Donnie Allen Tayamen, 70, long time resident of Grand Bayou village, entered into eternal rest on September 14, 2024. A viewing will be held Friday September 27, 2024, for friends and family from 6p-8p at Mothe Funeral Home, 2100 Westbank Expwy., Harvey, LA, with the scattering of ashes to follow at a later date. He is survived by his mother Lillian Marie Billiot Tayamen Bartholomew. His brothers, David Peter Tayamen and Carey Lee Tayamen (Dez) as well as his sisters, Loistra T. Potter (Randy), Michelle T. Attaway (late Gregory) and Christalynn Bartholomew (Cassandra). His son Donnie A. Tayamen Jr. and daughters Monique Tolbert (Wendell), Sandra DiNicola-Zoerner, Angela Xochihua and Charlene Tayamen. Grandchildren, Nevaeh Tolbert, Salecia Tolbert, Daunté Turner and Dallen Russell. He is also survived by a host of nieces and nephews as well as great nieces and nephews. He is preceded in death by his father Donato Domingo Tayamen and brother Roger Tayamen.
