Dora Ann Bell

Dora Ann Bell, 82, of Millsboro, DE passed away on February 2, 2026, surrounded by loved ones. Born September 7, 1943, in Horsey, VA, she was the daughter of the late Edward Johnson and the late Josie (Williams) Johnson. She was predeceased by her infant son Robin Outten, brother Mark Dale Johnson, and infant granddaughter Tara Ann Outten.

Ann is survived by her son Royce Todd Outten, grandson Travis Todd Outten, extended family, many friends that she considered family, and her dear dogs Mia and Ophelia.

Ann was a Massage Therapist, Certified Herbalist, as well as a Reiki Master and healer. She had a gracious and loving spirit, and was a godsend to many of her clients, friends and family over the years.

Ann was blessed with a creative spirit that flowed into cultivating plants, flower arranging, creating shell lamps, and making soaps and lotions just to name a few. She was a lifelong learner, avid reader, and loved playing games.

A funeral service will be held at 11 a.m. on Saturday, March 14th 2025 at Long Neck Chapel of Melson Funeral Services, 32013 Long Neck, Millsboro, DE 19966 where friends and family can gather beginning at 10 a.m.
