Dora Deboard

Dora Deboard, age 86, of Orrville, died Wednesday, November 12, 2025, at Orrville Pointe JAG Healthcare in Orrville, following a period of declining health.
Dora was born on September 4, 1939, to the late Jonas and Lizzie (Miller) Hostetler. She worked as a factory worker for Rubbermaid for 15 years.
Dora was a member of Faith Family Church in Canton. She enjoyed going to church and reading her Bible. She will be remembered as very religious and for her love of fellowship with friends.
Surviving are three daughters, Linda "Darlene" (Chuck) Freeman of Lakeville, Mary "Kathy" (Chris) Jordan of Canton, and Rebecca "Becky" (Craig) Downey of Orrville; numerous grandchildren, great grandchildren, great-great grandchildren, and step grandchildren; brother, Jonas Hostetler, Jr.; and sister, Elma Troyer.
She was preceded in death by both parents; brothers, Noah, Mahlon, Eli, Abe,Nelson, and Sam; sisters, Erma Franks, Polly Sender, Lizzie Ann Hostetler, Susan Mast and Melinda Baum; and an infant grandson, Eugene Graber.
Friends may call on Tuesday, November 18, 2025, at Auble Funeral Home, 512 East Oak Street, Orrville, from 11:00 am to 12:00 pm.
Services will be held at 12:00 pm on Tuesday, at Auble Funeral Home, with Pastor Don E. Bolich officiating. Burial will take place at the Crown Hill Cemetery in Orrville.
