Susan Ellis Obituary

Susan was born on January 5, 1968, in Orrville, Ohio, to Byron and Lois (Geiser) Gerber. She graduated from Orrville High School in 1986. On November 2, 1996, she married Michael Ellis in Las Vegas, Nevada. Michael survives.
She worked as a dental receptionist for Madigan Dental - Midwest Community for 11 years.
Susan attended the Christian and Missionary Alliance Church. She enjoyed shopping, especially visiting thrift stores, and treasured spending time with her family-most of all, her sons.
In addition to her husband, Michael, she is survived by two sons, Justin (Jessica) Ellis of Norton and Jacob (Sydney) Ellis of Orrville; two grandchildren, Jillian and Lily Ellis; and a brother, Bruce (Grace) Gerber of Worthington.
She was preceded in death by her father, Byron C. Gerber, and many aunts and uncles.
Friends may call on Saturday, November 22, 2025, at Auble Funeral Home, 512 East Oak Street, Orrville, from 10:00 am to 11:30 am.
Cremation will take place and a private burial of ashes will take place at Crown Hill Cemetery in Orrville.
