Dora Ewing Obituary
She was born on March 17, 1915, at Bonnerdale, the daughter of John W. Bright and Flora E. Dillard Bright. On March 31, 1937, she was married to Roy Ewing, who preceded her in death on March 19, 1982.
She was a member of the Mount Pisgah Missionary Baptist Church.
She is survived by three sons, John Ewing of Alma, Duane Ewing of Bonnerdale, and Gwen Ewing of Charleston; one brother, Arnold Bright of Bonnerdale; and six grandchildren.
Services will be held at 2:00 PM, Monday, October 28, 2002, in the Davis-Smith Funeral Home Chapel with Bro. Jim Ivy and Bro. Shawn Luekenga officiating.
Interment will be in Dillard Cemetery, with arrangements under the direction of Davis-Smith Funeral Home, Glenwood.

So sorry to hear of your loss, Dora was a very dear friend of my mother-in-law, BE Edwards, she passed away in April, she always talked about Dora, how special she was and how much she loved Dora, now they are together in a happy place and can visit with each other all the time.
