Sir Dorian Hosley Pullen

Sir Dorian Hosley Pullen, 60, born September 18, 1965 in the Bronx, New York. Has gone home to be with his Lord and Savior Jesus Christ on January 20, 2026.He also lived in Van Nuys, California and West Blocton, Alabama. He attended school at Theodore Roosevelt high School in New York. Where he was president of the GQ Brothers club. He would also DJ parties with friends. They called him "DJ Mardi gras". Then he moved to California where he would still DJ, and he worked on the set of some movies. During this time he had two daughters. He then attended truck driving school at CRST, and got his commercial CDL. He absolutely loved driving big rigs and driving all over the states! That's then how he met his wife and moved to Alabama and they got married. He was still driving 18 wheelers just local now, for SNL trucking for Flowers bread company. His career ended when he had an 18-wheeler wreck in 2017.

Dorian was a very good and loving man! He never met a stranger. He was loved by everyone that ever met him! He loved his daughters, bonus children, and his wife dearly! And he loved the Lord very much! He gave his life to the Lord in 2019 he trusted and believed the Lord would heal him and now he is healed walking the golden streets of heaven with our heavenly father.

Dorian is proceeded in death by his loving mother ,Denise Hawkins, father, Dennis Hawkins, grandmother, Deloris Turner, grandfather Hosie Brother Turner, father-in-law's, Robert Lindsey and Donald Cooley Dorian is survived by his loving wife of 15 years Tera Pullen, daughters De'Jon McPhearson (Jimani Shaw), Destiny Pullen and bonus daughter Mariya Aldridge, bonus sons Kaleb Winfrey (Andrea), Tyler Winfrey, and Josh Winfrey, brother Daymon Hawkins (Charmekia), sister-in-law Tammy Boyd (Robert), mother-in-law, Jeanette Cooley, uncle Eric Turner, grandchildren Ima J Shaw, Imari Shaw, Amiraj Shaw, Ariyana Aldridge, Amiya Aldridge, Briyan Aldridge, nieces and nephews Dayvii Hawkins, Deonce' Hawkins, Devon Hawkins, Daynisha Hawkins, Rob Fanning, Chris Walden, Hannah Walden, McKaylee Boyd, and Jack Fanning, Best friend Melvin Lake and so many other friends and family it's hard to name them but he loved you all!

Pallbearers will be Kaleb Winfrey, Tyler Winfrey, Josh Winfrey, Jack Fanning, Chris Walden, and Eric Turner.

Service will be Saturday January 31, 2026 at McCalla Memorial Funeral Home
