Doris Cline, age 80, of Winchester, Ohio, passed away on Thursday morning, Dec. 18, 2025, at the Hospice of Hope Ohio Valley Inpatient Center in Seaman.
She was born on April 10, 194,5 in Owsley County, Kentucky, daughter of the late Lane Peters and Alma (Neeley) Fox.
Doris retired from Town & Country in Hillsboro after 17 years. She was a member of the Hillsboro House of Deliverance and had been attending Satterfield Chapel in West Union.
Surviving are her four children: Marty (Melanie) Cline, Randy Cline, Rick Cline, and Tammy (Johnny) Knechtly; nine grandchildren; 16 great-grandchildren; and numerous nieces and nephews.
In addition to her parents, Doris was preceded in death by her husband, Eddie Cline; infant son, Rex Edward Cline; four brothers: Gene Fox, Denver Fox, Jack Fox, and Bob Hensley; and a sister, Wanda Taylor.
Graveside services will be held at Cherry Fork Cemetery, St. Rt. 136, Cherry Fork, on Friday, Dec. 26, 2025, at 11 a.m. with Pastors Danny Welch and Danny Morgan officiating.
Edgington Funeral Home, Mowrystown, has been entrusted with the arrangements.

My great friend I knew for a lifetime and worked together many years at Murphy's in Hillsboro. I was blessed that she moved to the same apts several years ago where I lived and got to pick our friendship up again. Love Dorothy Achor
