Doris B. Cook, age 94, passed away Tuesday, February 17, 2026 at her home.
Mrs. Cook was born in Whiteville, NC a daughter of the late O'Bryan White and the late Lina Mae Floyd White. She will be remembered as a loving and devoted wife, mother, and grandmother. In addition to her parents, Mrs. Cook was predeceased by her husband, Van Cook; one son, Kendal Caulder; two brothers, Herbert White and David White; and three sisters, Faye Barker, Othello White, and Dale Faulk.
Survivors include one daughter, Sherri Caulder Cox of Little River; three grandchildren, Lee Cox of Charleston, Julie Vickery (Caleb) of Charleston, and Crystal Howard (Ray) of Georgetown; and two great grandchildren, Maddison Howard and Austin Howard both of Georgetown.
Memorial services will be held at 2:00 PM Saturday, February 21, 2026 at Goldfinch Funeral Home, Loris Chapel. The family will receive friends immediately following the service at the funeral home.
