Pat Todd Burt, age 87, passed away Sunday, January 4, 2026.

Mrs. Burt was born in Loris, a daughter of the late Lewis H. Todd and the late Thelma Cox Todd. She loved animals all her life, especially her precious dog JJ, who just passed away, and her special dog Willy B. She was a graduate of Loris High School Class of 1956 and also graduated Magna Cum Laude from USC- Coastal Carolina College. Mrs. Burt enjoyed crocheting, needlework, bottle collecting, and word puzzles. She also enjoyed Christian contemporary music and reading Christian books, especially Max Lucado. She was a faithful member of Loris First Presbyterian Church. Mrs. Burt was devoted to her family and will be most remembered as a loving mother and grandmother.

In addition to her parents, she was predeceased by her husband, Roy F. Burt; and one brother, Bryan Todd.

Survivors include one daughter, Wende Harrelson Boyd (Wendell) of Conway; one son, Todd M. Harrelson (Sheila) of Loris; three grandchildren, Seth Harrelson, Jared Harrelson, and Caitlyn Dean (Jonathan) all of Loris; two great grandchildren, Jenna and Sawyer Dean of Loris; a cousin, Georgia Lynne Hinson (Ashley) of Little River; one niece, Tona Todd Quinton (Kendall) of Columbia; her sister-in-law, Lois Todd of Columbia; one step-daughter, Betty Rorie of Carthage, NC; one step-grandson, Patrick Rorie (Danielle) of Raleigh, NC; and two step-great granddaughters, Lexie and Cora Lee Rorie of Raleigh, NC.

Funeral services will be held at 10:30 AM Wednesday, January 7, 2026 at Loris First Presbyterian Church with Pastor Dr. Tim Osment officiating. The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service at the church. Burial will follow at 3:00 PM Wednesday at Carthage First Presbyterian Church Cemetery in Carthage, NC.
