Doris Fewell Obituary
Funeral services will held at 11:00 A.M., Monday, March 16, 2026 at Hyde Park Baptist Church in West Monroe. Pastor Trey Emory will be officiating. Private burial will follow at Roselawn Memorial Gardens under the care and direction of Kilpatrick Funeral Home, West Monroe. A visitation for family and friends will be held at 9: 30 AM until the time of service.
Doris was born on April 5, 1937 in Jena, Louisiana. She was a faithful member of Hyde Park Baptist Church for many years. She retired as secretary at Savage, Moore, Miles CPA. She loved her family very much, and enjoyed playing cards.
She was preceded in death by her mother, Agnes Hudnall; father, Troy Bethard; sisters, Kat Jackson and Charlotte Jones.
Left to cherish her memory are her husband of 67 years, Richard Lee Fewell; son, Richard Fewell, Jr. (Judy); daughter, Tracye Theriot (Andy); granddaughter, Courtney Fewell Wade (Justin); grandsons, JB Fewell (Carly), Kirby Theriot (Morgan) & Carter Theriot; numerous nieces and nephews; along with other extended family and friends.
Honored to serve as pallbearers will be JB Fewell, Kirby Theriot, Carter Theriot, Justin Wade, Stephen McKithern and Coty Lee.
