She is survived by her four cherished daughters, Gail (Rich) Skibinski, of Mays Landing, Kathleen Hacker, of Williamstown, Diane Caola (Joe), of West Deptford, and Deb (Derek) DeFelice, of

Born in Camden, she resided most of her life in Williamstown. Doris worked for 25 years as a rural mail carrier in Williamstown and retired as the Postmaster of the New Lisbon Post Office. Doris enjoyed baking, gardening, and catching up over coffee with family and friends. She loved shopping (mostly for others, as she embraced the motto, "you can make more money tomorrow!") In her earlier years, she loved canning, painting Plak Shack, and crocheting. Most of all, she loved dancing around the kitchen with her "love bubble" and serenading him while playing the organ. She greatly enjoyed family barbecues at the beautiful home she built with Sam on Spruce Lane. She often invited friends over, who became like family, nearly every weekend of the summer months to swim and BBQ. She was the primary caregiver for Sam for over 15 years while he was enduring Alzheimer's disease. Doris loved spending time with her beautiful daughters, grandchildren and great grandchildren. They were her pride and joy.
Relatives and friends are invited to attend her viewing on Friday, May 5, 2023 from 9:00 -11:00 am, followed by a service beginning at 11:00 am, at Farnelli Funeral Home, 504 N. Main Street,
