Doris Moore Obituary
Doris was born on May 13, 1954 and was adopted by her loving parents Donald and Thelma (Bettis) Pidcock. She received her education from Corydon High School and graduated with the class of 1972. She was united in marriage to Robert "Bob" Moore, and to this union, two children were born, Thelma and Chrissy. The couple later divorced.
Doris enjoyed spending time with her family. She enjoyed watching her grand children and great-grand children grow. Doris loved BINGO! You could find her at The Brick for bingo night every Monday playing with all of her friends. She had a wonderful heart and an even brighter smile. She was truly a joy to be around.
Doris is survived by her daughters Thelma Moore, Chrissy Moore; grandchildren, Lacey, Jennifer, Kelsey, Shayla and Zayden along with five great-grandchildren and one more on the way!
She was preceded in death by her parents and brother, Don Pidcock.
Graveside services will be held Friday, February 13, 2026 at 2:00 PM at the Corydon Cemetery in Corydon, Iowa. Memorials may be made to the family of Doris Moore and mailed to Thomas Funeral Home Attn: Moore Family PO Box 294 Corydon, IA 50060. Condolences may be shared at www.thomasfh.com.
