Doris Jean Toney Conner, 73, of Scarbro passed away on Friday, December 5, 2025, at Raleigh General Hospital in Beckley, WV.
Born February 14, 1952 in Oak Hill, WV, she was the daughter of the late Johnnie Garland Adkins and Rosie Ellen Toney.
Doris was a proud 1970 graduate of Fayetteville High School. She retired from Sears & Roebuck in catalog customer service and sales.
