Doris G. Wyllner

Doris G. Wyllner, a longtime resident of Abington, passed away on Thursday, March 5, 2026 at Park Creek Place in North Wales. She was 91 years old. Doris was born in Philadelphia on January 3, 1935 to the late John and Erminia (née Damis) Turco. She was the wife to the late Robert J. Wyllner, Sr.

Doris enjoyed a long well-lived life. She was a proud employee of Albert Einstein Medical Center for over 50 years and retired at the age of 84. Everyone that knew Doris understood that she was young at heart. She enjoyed classic rock music and attended several concerts with her friends and family over the years. Despite the fact that she could not swim a single stroke, and had a fear of water, she loved boating all the same. Her family was first and foremost always in her life. Particularly her five grandsons and more recently her first great grandson Dorian.

Doris is survived by her children: Kathleen M. Yeager (the late Carl), William H. Wyllner, Robert J. Wyllner, Jr. (Theresa), her grandsons: Christopher Yeager, Matthew Yeager (Yulia), Robert Wyllner, Thomas Wyllner, Brad Wyllner, and her great grandson, Dorian Yeager. She is predeceased by her sister: Lorraine Schotanus.

Relatives and friends are invited to Doris's Life Celebration on Tuesday, March 10, 2026 from 9:30-10:30 a.m. followed by her funeral mass at 10:30 a.m. at Immaculate Conception Church, 606 West Ave. Jenkintown, PA 19046. Interment will be at Holy Sepulchre Cemetery.
