Dorothy Compo Obituary
Dorothy worked for Birnie Bus Co. as a monitor for many years and she also worked as a home healthcare aide.
She is survived by her four children, Michae Schulhoff (Sharon), Linda Babcock (Robert), Roger Stoop (Melinda) and Albert Petrino (Betty); her grandchildren whom she loved, Jessica Babcock, Damion Babcock, and Heather, Bobby, Sarah, Phillip; and several great-grandchildren, nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by a son, Ronald Stoop.
Dorothy was a resident of the Grand in Rome and everyone there that knew her, loved her. She also loved her Immanuel Baptist Church family. She will be greatly missed.
A Memorial service will be held on Wednesday, March 6th, at 6:30 p.m. at Immanuel Baptist Church, 1006 W. Embargo St., Rome NY 13440 . There are no calling hours.
Arrangements have been entrusted to Nunn and Harper Funeral Home, Inc. 418 N. George St., Rome, NY 13440.
