Ms. Dorothy Morrow Gilley

Dorothy Morrow Gilley, age 89, passed away at Shepherds Cove Hospice on August 27, 2025. A lifelong resident of Guntersville, she was born on December 8, 1935 to Nannie V. & David Morrow. She was a homemaker and retired from the Marshall County School System where she was a bus driver. In her spare time she enjoyed riding motorcycles, shopping at thrift stores, sewing and attending horse shows with her late husband, Earl Gilley. Dorothy was preceded in death by her husband of 63 years H. Earl Gilley, sons Herman Gilley and Justin Gilley and daughter Lisa Gilley. She is survived by sons: Jerry W. Gilley, David (Deb) Gilley and John Gilley, granddaughter Kasey Wilson, grandson David Gilley Jr. and great grandson Grayson Wilson.
