Dorothy Naseef Obituary
Dorothy Loraine Naseef, age 79 of Munfordville, KY, passed away Wednesday, September 17, 2025 at her home. She was a retired nurse having worked for Family Medical Center and Caverna Hospital. She enjoyed working in her garden and flower beds, she was good at canning and loved her family and enjoyed being a homemaker.
She is the daughter of the late Jessie Horton and the late Marie Sturgeon Horton.
She is preceded in death by her daughter, Shawn Naseef Blackford; one brother, Winston Horton.
She is survived by her three children, Michael Naseef (Paula), Nicole Naseef (Stuart Gentry), and Billy Naseef (Christy); eight grandchildren, Rebecca Harris (Jason), Natasha Naseef, Harleigh Naseef, Brittany Reynolds, Erica Davis (Will), Emily Shipp (Weston Inman), Hadley Highbaugh (Zach), and Carter Gentry; 11 great-grandchildren; her siblings, Barbara Chance, Junior Horton (Ruby), Winford Horton (Betty), and Betty Ann Horton.
The family will welcome friends from 4:00- 8:00 PM CT on Friday, September 19, 2025 and again from 9:00 AM- 1:00 PM CT on Saturday, September 20, 2025 at Brooks Funeral Home. Funeral services will be held at 1:00 PM CT on Saturday, September 20, 2025 at Brooks Funeral Home with Bro. Bobby Neal officiating. Burial will follow at Little Flock Cemetery.
