Dorothy M. (Simuel) Shivers – of Woburn, died peacefully, Saturday, August 17th, at ninety-years of age. Beloved wife of the late Charles Shivers. Loving mother of Valeria Simuel of Cambridge, Yaarchie Simuel of Chelsea, Clara C. Payton-Scales of Taunton, Shirley K. Briggs – Poste of Revere, Lisa M. Briggs, her husband Stephen Tyma of VA, and the late Lucas J. Briggs. Dear sister of Calvin Wright, Vera Robinson, Gregory Wright, Valerie Jean Simuel, Jerome Norris, and the late Lonnie, Kay Frances, O.Z., Louis James, Arthur, Melvin, and Gerald. Cherished "Grandma" and "Grannie" of sixteen grandchildren, sixteen great- grandchildren and one great-great- grandchild. Relatives and friends are invited to calling hours in the Lynch- Cantillon Funeral Home, 263 Main St. Woburn MA, 01801. on Saturday, August 24th, from 9 -11a.m., followed by a Funeral service in St. John's Baptist Church, 38 Everett St., Woburn. Interment to follow in Woodbrook Cemetery, 100 Salem St. Woburn.
