Douglas Duke Obituary

Douglas J "Doug" Duke July 24, 1954 - September 8, 2025 Douglas J. Duke, aged 71, passed away peacefully on September 8, 2025, in Webster, NY. Douglas was originally from Graham, TX. Born on July 24, 1954, Douglas led a life characterized by humor, love, and kindness, traits that endeared him to all who knew him.

Douglas is survived by a loving family, including his daughter, Emily Duke; son-in-law, Andrew Frank; grandsons, Ruben and Emmett Frank; son, Nicholas Duke; twin brother, David Duke; sister-in-law, Michelle Duke; and niece, Christina Duke. He was preceded in death by his parents, Lu and Doyle Duke, and his brother, Louis Duke.

Throughout his life, Douglas pursued passions that brought joy not only to himself but also to those around him. An avid painter, he captured the beauty of nature. Fishing was another of his favorite pastimes. Additionally, Douglas had a profound love for cats, caring for several feline companions over the years.

At this time, no services are planned. Douglas's memory will continue to be honored through the stories shared by friends and family and the lasting impact of his warm, spirited personality on those he loved.
