Douglas Leon Duncan, 62, of Midland, Texas, passed away at his home on September 25, 2025. Born on October 31, 1962, in Arkansas City, Kansas, Douglas was the beloved son of Ronald Bruce and Mildred Irene (Dixon) Duncan. He was known for his unwavering dedication and work ethic, spending many years as the longest-serving employee at TDJ Oilfield Services. His commitment to his work was matched only by the loyalty and kindness he showed to those around him. Douglas had a heart of gold and was always willing to lend a hand to anyone in need. His warmth and compassion touched countless lives, from close family to coworkers and friends throughout Midland and Odessa. His presence brought light and comfort, and his absence will be deeply felt by all who knew him. He was preceded in death by his life partner, Robin Parker; his parents; and was joined in passing by his brother, David Lewis Duncan, who departed this life within hours of Douglas. He is survived by his sister, Sharmarie Achary and her husband Robert, along with numerous extended family members and many dear friends and colleagues who cherished his generous spirit and kind heart.
