Douglas Fouracre Obituary
Preceded in death by his parents Vernon and Theresa (Bedard), and brother John Fouracre. Doug was dearly loved by his family and left behind his sister in law Denise, nephews Scott (Tracy), Jason, Luke (Tracy), and niece Michelle (Ronnie), and great nephews and nieces Keon, Julia, Abbie, Marlie, Osmer, RJ, and Aurelia. He will be greatly missed by his friend and partner Irene Goike.
While residing in Rochester Hills MI, Doug worked as an accountant for GM and then retired to Grayling, MI. In retirement, Doug was an avid cross country skier during the winters, and enjoyed riding his bike throughout the many trails in his neighborhood. He enjoyed traveling up and down the state, visiting friends and family throughout the years. He will be best remembered for his collection of gadgets of all varieties and his love of computers.
Graveside services will be on Thursday, October 5, 2023, 1:00 pm at Elmwood Cemetery in Grayling, MI.
Arrangements have been entrusted to Sorenson-Lockwood Funeral Home.
