Mr. Douglas "Reed" Foust, age 66, of Atlanta, GA passed away on Monday, December 1, 2025. A Memorial Service will be scheduled at a later date.
Born in Chattanooga, TN, Reed was raised in Atlanta, GA. He graduated high school from Berney Points Baptist School in Birmingham, AL. He spent his career for many years in the entertainment industry in Atlanta, hosting concerts and sporting events. He enjoyed attending the Church of the Apostles in Atlanta. He will be most remembered for his love for life and his incredible personality; he would light up a room everywhere he went. He is preceded in death by his parents, Dr. Elmer J. Foust and his wife, Mary Elizabeth Reed Foust.
He is survived by his sister, Brenda (Denny) Vines, Panama City Beach, FL; nieces, Robyn (Jeff) Grinstead and children Grace (Tyler) Bird and Tanner Grinstead, and Hannah (Peter) Masic and daughter Mackenzie; and numerous beloved cousins.
