Douglas CARLSON Obituary

It is with great sadness that the family of Doug "Froggy" Carlson, age 75 of St. Paul, announces his passing on the evening of January 16, 2023 from bladder cancer. Doug is preceded in death by his parents Arthur and Lorraine Carlson and sister Christine Carlson. He is survived by his wife Tina, sister Kathy and her husband Dick, daughters Debbie, Melissa and Leah, nephew Travis, niece Megan, and grandchildren. He loved watching and playing sports. He was most happiest when he was golfing with all of his friends. If you were sitting next to him at the bar, you were being entertained with baseball trivia and banter. Or he was always singing. He was sweet, kind, loving , and loyal. He was greatly loved and will be deeply missed. Details for Doug's celebration of life to be shared in the near future.

Very sorry to learn about our friend Doug, better known as Froggy. He was a great athlete, played many sports well. He certainly had that exuberant personality and was a lot of fun.
