Douglas Anthony Kicas, 57, of Littlestown, PA, passed suddenly on October 14, 2025. Born September 27, 1968, in Baltimore, MD, he was the son of Carolyn Diane (Whitmore) Kicas, and the late Anthony Alexander Kicas.
Doug was a carpenter, and in his free time enjoyed spending time outdoors, including activities such as hunting, fishing, and in the past, riding dirt bikes. But most importantly, Dougie showed to everyone close to him that positive changes are possible no matter how dark of a place you’re coming from.
In addition to his mother, Diane, he is survived by his son, Benjamin Kicas; siblings, Debbie Reed and husband David Reed, and Kevin Kicas and wife Jody Kicas; nephews, Tony Reed and Andy Reed; niece, Alison Reed; bonus niece Kendra Gruver, and best friend and mother of his only son, Debbie Sauter Kicas.
In accordance with his wishes, a memorial service in honor of Doug will be announced at a later date.
