Douglas C. "DC" Robertson, 27, of North Ridgeville, passed away unexpectedly at his residence on June 27, 2025. He was born in Elyria on February 1, 1998. DC was a life-long resident of North Ridgeville and a 2016 graduate of North Ridgeville High School. He was a true American patriot and an accomplished musician. DC loved playing his bass guitar, spending time with his family and friends, playing video games, fishing and golfing. But above all, he most enjoyed spending time with his little boy. DC Robertson is survived by: his son, Douglas C. Robertson Jr.; his mother, Marsha Robertson (nee Jarrell) of North Ridgeville; two sisters, Rochelle Zepp (Matt) of North Ridgeville and, Jessica Pettigrew of Lawrenceburg, Tennessee; five nephews, Chandler, Cade, Hayden, Dalton, and Malachi; four nieces, Braylee, Aubrey, Lana, and EvaLynn; and many other cherished family members and friends. He was preceded in death by: his father, Lavon Robertson; and his grandparents, Mildred and Clyde Jarrell, Erma Cox, and Douglas Robertson. The family will receive friends on Thursday July 3, 2025 from 4pm until the time of the Funeral Service at 7pm at the Liston Funeral Home, 36403 Center Ridge Road (at Stoney Ridge Rd.), North Ridgeville. Memorial contributions are suggested to the Ohio Suicide Prevention Foundation.
