Dover Jay Conley

Dover Jay Conley, age 93, of Adrian, MI, passed away, March 18, 2026, at home. He was born November 14, 1932, in Louisville, KY, the son of Ed & Arizona (Tyree) Conley. Dover loved going to yard sales, auctions and flea markets and thrifting at Goodwill. He enjoyed taking his daily walks. Dover was stubborn as a mule and set in his ways. He is survived by his children, Tina Johnson, Dallas, Linda and Joe; his grandchildren, Shaylynn Johnson, Kelsie Johnson, Joshua Johnson, Alissa Anteau; his great grandchildren, Jayden Bennett, Brycen Bennett, Skylynn Bennett and Zella Soleau; one sister, Peggy Booth and two nieces, Syble Cloum and Pam Felver. Dover spent the last sixteen years living with Randy & Patty Duvall and considered Patty as a daughter. He was preceded in death by his parents, Ed & Arizona Conley; four sisters, Ruby Janis, Mary Jo Morris, Nancy Myrtle Cordle and Nadine Reese; and three brothers, Edward Dana Conley, Rufus Castle Conley and Harold Frederick Conley. Viewing & Visitation will be from 2:00 PM to 6:00 PM Sunday, March 22, 2026 , at Purse Funeral Home, 2959 N. Adrian Hwy, Adrian, MI.
