Dr. Annamaria Andrei Obituary
Dr. Annamaria Andrei, age 57, of Jefferson City, passed away on Friday November 14, 2025.
Annamaria was born on December 2, 1967, in Oradea, Romania, a daughter to Miklos Weissmuller and the late Erzsebet (Crovato) Weissmuller. Her father survives in Hungary.
She earned her PhD from Banat University of Agriculture Science and Veterinary Medicine in Romania.
On April 18, 1997, she was united in marriage to Adrian Andrei in Timisoara, Romania. Adrian survives at their residence.
Annamaria was an instructor at Linn Technical College in Linn for the past 15 years.
She enjoyed antiquing, gardening, reading, and traveling. Her greatest enjoyment was spending time with her family.
In addition to her father and husband of 28 years, Annamaria is survived by her daughter, Petra Andrei of Jefferson City; one brother, Gabor Weissmuller and his wife Ana of Hungary; two nieces, Eszter and Laura; along with many friends.
Memorial Service will be held at 4:00 p.m. on Monday, November 24, 2025, at Liberty Road Baptist Church in Jefferson City with Pastor Bill Rogers officiating.
In Lieu of flowers, expressions of sympathy may be made to a local animal shelter.
