Anthony R. Cheslock Jr. (Tony), 77, of Clearwater, FL, passed away peacefully at his home on February 25, 2025. Tony was born on July 15, 1947, to Anthony Cheslock Sr. and Anna Mary Janoski in Martins Ferry, OH. After Tony graduated from Seton Central High School in 1965, he went on to Wheeling Jesuit University and West Virginia University School of Dentistry. After graduating from dental school in 1974, Dr. Tony, as he was known to his patients, worked as a dentist for over 50 years in the Tampa Bay area.

In 1963, Tony met his spouse, Alice Giffin, in St. Clairsville, OH. Tony and Alice went on to have three children, Anthony III, Andrew and Adam. He was the proud grandfather to three grandchildren, Chloe, James, and Olivia. He enjoyed driving Porsche cars at racetracks across the country and had a passion for trains that he shared with his grandchildren.

Tony was preceded by his parents, uncle Stanley and his wife Naomi. He is survived by his wife Alice; son Anthony III (Tony), his wife Anna Fry and his daughter Chloe; son Andrew and his wife Tiffani DeFreitas; son Adam, his wife Rachel and their children James and Olivia; sister Shirley Ogle and her husband David Ogle.

He was laid to rest in an intimate ceremony at Heartwood Preserve Conservation Cemetery in New Port Richey, FL. In lieu of flowers, the family requests memorial donations be made to the Polish American Engineers Association of Florida, an organization Tony felt strongly about.
