Dr. William Robert Steele II

Dr William Robert Steele II, 62, of High Point, went home to be with the Lord Jesus, Sunday, March 8, 2026, at Triad Baptist Church in Kernersville.

He was born April 16, 1963, in Wichita Falls, Texas, to the late Charles Robert Steele and the late Janice Marie Driskill Steele.

August 24, 1985, in Wichita Falls, TX; he married his beloved wife, Jennifer Joy Hester Steele and together they shared 40 years of marriage and ministry.

Those left to cherish his memory; his wife, Jennifer Steele; son, Andrew Steele and wife Taylor of Raleigh; daughters, Sarah Moody and husband, Paul of Coronado, CA, Rebecca Bjorlie and husband Thomas of Morganton, and Hannah Bell and husband Benjamin of Greensboro; grandchildren, Wyatt, Sterling, Briggs, Townsend, Annalise, Maverick, Ryker, Stella, Lydia, Annika, Tavish, Anders, Everett, Hayes and Josie; brother, Charles Alan Steele and wife Staci of Pecos, TX; and sister, Julia Ann Clark and husband Terry of Tampa, FL.

Celebration of Life service will be 11:30 AM Saturday, March 14, 2026, in the sanctuary of Green Street Baptist Church; 303 Rotary Drive, High Point; with Dr Daryl Craft and Rev. Rob Decker officiating.

The family will receive friends following the service at the church.
