Duane R. Morris, 66, of Lambertville, Michigan, passed away peacefully, holding his wife's hand on Friday, July 19, 2024. Duane was born on June 13, 1958, and was the son of Donald R. and Sharon (Henderson) Graham. He married Cheryl A. Michelfelder on October 4, 1991. Duane had been employed as an auto body painter for 40 years. He loved being on the Florida beaches listening to the waves, being in the woods, bow hunting, enjoyed all types of music, playing guitar, spending time with close friends, but most importantly was time spent with his family. To his family, he was known as "Mr. Fix-it" he had the ability to fix anything.
Duane is survived by his loving wife of 33 years, Cheryl; children, Jaclyn (Jayson) McNett. Gary (Breanna) Michelfelder, Angela (Brad Westover) Boaz, Daniel (Kendra Maida) Morris and Dean (Samantha Lozano) Morris; brothers, Dale (Connie) Morris and Dina Morris; sisters, Brenda (Randy) Trager, and Dawn Wise; grandchildren, Rilyn, Nathan, Chase, Landen, Kayla, Marissa, Alex, and Haley. He was preceded in death by his parents.
A very casual gathering to celebrate Duane's life will be from 1:00 pm - 5:00 pm, Saturday, August 10, 2024, at 7473 Nottingham Street, Lambertville, Michigan 48144. www.pawlakfuneralhome.com
