I knew Duane for many years. In fact I met Pam when she and Duane invited me to their Crown King Cabin for a weekend visit. They convinced me of the uniqueness of the Crown King area. I subsequently purchased a cabin there so we were neighbors for many years. As fellow defense trial attorneys, we saw each other frequently. Duane was a very very competent lawyer. One particularly unique quality that he had, was that he could disarm an opposing lawyer´s wrath with his ability to smile through it and maintain his civil professionalism at the same time. Many will miss his kind. God Bless you and Pam, Duane......Frank A. Parks
