Dustin Austin, 30, born on March 20, 1994, was unexpectedly taken from us too soon and left this world on July 10, 2024, leaving behind his mother, Mary Austin; older brother, Randall Chandler and his beloved son, Ethan Austin and extended family.
His was preceded in the death by his father, Eric Lee Austin.
He was a son, a brother and a dad who was kind, thoughtful and loving. Dustin had a sense of humor that lit up any room and brought smiles to anyone he met or a laugh to anyone that needed it. He always made time to spend with his family and friends when they called upon him. He enjoyed spending time with his son, Ethan and enjoyed wrestling, grilling, watching sports and gaming. Dustin was also a huge Baltimore Ravens fan and loved fishing, music, movies and spending time at the ocean. Dustin had a great personality and quick wit about him.
He was much loved by his family and those that knew him. There are no words to describe how much he will be terribly missed and loved but his legacy will be honored and carried on, through Ethan's life and family.
A celebration of Dustin's life will be announced at a later time but for now, a donation fund has been set up for support of his son, Ethan and his family at this critical time. Any support will be appreciated.
"You will lose someone you can't live without, and your heart will be badly broken, and the bad news is that you never completely get over the loss of your beloved. But this is also the good news. They live forever in your broken heart that doesn't seal back up. And you come through. It's like having a broken leg that never heals perfectly that still hurts when the weather gets cold, but you learn to dance with the limp." – Anne Lamott
