Dustin Lee McLeod of Gaston (long term girlfriend, Savannah Harris), passed away on Saturday, June 29, 2024 in his home. Mr. McLeod was born August 1, 1998 in West Columbia, SC to Richard McLeod, Sr. (Selena) and Linda Kirkland (Scot). Dustin loved video games, College Football, and fishing. He enjoyed working in sign manufacturing.
He is survived by a daughter, Ellie (sapphire); 2 older brothers, Ricky McLeod, Jr. (Chelsea) and Matthew McLeod; half-sister, Emma; great-grandmother, Jeanette Kirkland; niece, Kali McLeod; and many uncles, aunts, and cousins.
Dustin was preceded in death by great- grandfather, Finley Kirkland; great-grandfather, Homer Dooley; great-grandmother, Juanita Dooley; great-grandmother, Myrtis Howard (Jean); grandfather, Lee McLeod, Jr.; grandmother, Sybil McLeod; grandmother, Diane Albertson; and a step-grandfather, Layton White.
A Celebration of Life will be held at New Life Tabernacle 5765 Edmund Hwy., Lexington, SC 29073, Saturday, July 13, 2024 at 2pm. Rev. Jeremy Minor will officiate.

First memory of Dustin was him coming and picking me up from my house and having a double date with his cousins. That was the first day, that he told me that he loved me.
