Dusty Earl Baker, age 45, formerly of East Prairie and Anniston, MO, passed away Thursday, September 4, 2025, in Belleville, IL. He was born January 22, 1980, in Charleston, MO, to the late Donald Baker and Brenda Sprinkles Baker and had worked in construction.

Dusty is survived by his loving partner, Tammy Achter; two daughters, Hanna Baker and Breanna Baker; one brother, Rusty Baker; one sister, Sonya Carter; and one grandchild, Elena Tompkins.

Shelby Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
