Dusty Smith Obituary
Jimmy Dean "Dusty" Smith, 46, of Wellford, passed away on March 8, 2025.
Born in Spartanburg, he was the son of the late Jimmy Dean Smith Sr. and Trudy Fuller Smith. Dusty was a HVAC worker and a painter. He was an avid race fan and part of Smith Racing since 2001.
He is survived by three sons, Jordan & Britney Smith, Dillon & Hannah Smith, Gage & Courtney Smith; a daughter, Leah Rice; Paw Paw to six grandchildren, Rhett Smith, Bladely Smith, Remi Smith, Rae Smith, Blayne Smith, and Bristol Smith; two sisters, Danyelle Smith, and Judy Smith.
A Memorial Service will be held at 12 PM on Friday, March 14, 2025, at the Stribling Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Tommy Rhymer officiating.
The family will receive friends from 11 AM until 12 PM prior to the service.
