DWARN HOLLIS, a beloved member of the Dallas community, passed away peacefully on February 19, 2025, at the age of 78. Born on August 3, 1946, in Dallas, Texas, Dwarn devoted her life to both her family and her successful career, leaving a lasting imprint on all who knew her.

Dwarn was an entrepreneur at heart, proudly owning her own business, which included a restaurant and a pool hall. For over thirty years, she dedicated herself to managing a grocery store, where her leadership and hard work earned her the respect of her colleagues and customers alike. Her keen intelligence and direct manner were matched only by her charming sense of humor, making her a joy to be around. Dwarn was also deeply faithful, continuously finding strength and inspiration in her study of the Bible.

Outside of her professional life, Dwarn had a vibrant personality that shone through in her many hobbies and interests. She cherished engaging in crossword puzzles, relishing the challenge they presented. Her love for laughter led her to enjoy shows like Family Feud and The Big Bang Theory, where her quick wit often resonated with the characters on screen. Dwarn's appreciation for the finer things was evident in her love for jewelry, shoes, and well-tailored clothes, expressing her individuality and flair.
