Dwayne Cowan Obituary
Dwayne was educated in the Norfolk Public Schools system. He had a deep love for Michael Jackson, Spider-Man, and dancing. Known for his joyful spirit, Dwayne had a special gift for lifting others' spirits, always ready to cheer someone up and make them laugh. His generous heart extended beyond his years; as an organ donor, he gave the gift of life by blessing someone with his liver.
He leaves to cherish his memory his parents, Randolph Sr. and Avaughn Cowan; his brothers, Randolph Jr., Johnnie (Kim), James (Natashia) Cowan, and Brandale; his nieces, Cabria, Uraina, Kiara, Jhazmin, and Jordan; his nephews, Randy, Jonathan, and Josh; two great-nieces, So-niya and Khloe; and three great-nephews, Kenny, Anaje', and Roshad.
