Dwayne Anthony Rosher was born on February 17, 1965, to his parents Sylena Rosher and Johnnie Fuller. He attended the local schools of Saint Lucie County, graduating from Fort Pierce Central High School. Many years later, Wayne enrolled at Indian River State College earning a degree in Restaurant Management. He was employed as a bus aide for Hillsborough County in Tampa, FL. Dwayne enjoyed coming home to Fort Pierce for the holidays to spend time with family. He was known for his gifts during the holidays. Dwayne really loved his family.
On Saturday, May 3, 2025, at 6:53pm, the book of life was closed for Dwayne Anthony Rosher at Tampa General Hospital. He was preceded in death by his grandparents, John and Alberta Rosher, Mr. and Mrs. Chavis; father's wife, Verneda Fuller; brother, Timothy Rosher; aunts, Bertha and Vinessa.
He leaves to cherish his precious memories his mother: Sylena Rosher Chester; father: Johnnie Fuller; siblings: Jolanda Rosher, Marie Williams, John A. Fuller, Jamar Fuller, Michael Chester; four nephews; one niece; aunts: Johnnie, Jerelene, Christine, Darlene, Beverly, Allison; uncles: Rickey and Corey; and a host of great aunts, great uncles, cousins, and sorrowing friends who will miss him.
