Dwayne Edward Trawick, 61 years of age, of Chapmansboro, TN, passed away March 24, 2024, at TriStar Ashland City.
Dwayne was born July 14, 1962, in Nashville, TN, to the late Bobby Trawick and Joyce Turner.
He loved his family and especially his grandbabies. Dwayne was an avid sportsman and loved hunting and fishing. He was very hardworking, although he was stubborn, he had a heart of gold. He enjoyed gardening and loved listening and singing to music.
In addition to his parents, he is preceded in death by a brother, Harold Trawick. Those left to cherish his memory are his life partner of 24 years, Vickie Summerford; children, Jessica (Robert) Jones, Laura (Bo) Cheek, Sarah (Lee Jack) Johanson, and Dana Summerford (Drew Burns); a beloved fur baby, Rambo; grandchildren, Clyde, Cason, and Indie; sister-in-law, JoAnn Trawick; and nieces Stephanie Trawick and Tiffany Lucas.
Visitation with the family will be Thursday, March 28, 2024, at Boyd Funeral Home from 4:00 p.m. until 6:00 p.m., and will resume on Friday, March 29, 2024, at 11:00 a.m. until the hour of service. Funeral Services will be Friday, March 29, 2024, in the Chapel of Boyd Funeral Home at 1:00 p.m. Rev. John Mark Thomas will be officiating. Interment will be in Woodlawn Memorial Park, 660 Thompson Lane, Nashville, TN., at 3:00 p.m.
