Dwight Michael Frueh, 75, passed away on Tuesday, October 7, 2025 at SMP Health - St. Catherine South in Fargo, ND.
Dwight was born on February 17, 1950 in Harvey, ND to Ernest and Florence (Michelson) Frueh. He graduated from Harvey High School and UND in Grand Forks with a Bachelor of Science in Education. He worked for the Coca-Cola Company, Frito-Lay, and Saks. Dwight was married twice with no children. He owned Econ-o-wash Laundromat in Grand Forks for 31 years. He enjoyed fishing, gardening, sports, classic cars, and going to classic car shows. He retired at 65 while still working at M&H gas station part time.
Dwight is survived by brothers, Keith, West Fargo, Bruce (Diane) Walcott; and sister, Renee (Loren) Loritz, Bismarck; nieces and nephews, Jennifer, Tyler, Scott, Chase, Brett, Bryan; and many great nieces and nephews; and his dog, Sophie.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Ernest and Florence; and sister-in-law, Paulette.
There will be a Celebration of Life held from 1-3pm on Saturday, October 18 at 5910 County Rd 1, Walcott, ND.
