Dylan Alexander Biscoe, of Mechanicsville, Maryland, passed away on August 7, 2025, at the age of 21.

Born on February 8, 2004, Dylan worked as a union electrician's assistant and was known for his strong work ethic and passion for hands-on work. He had a deep interest in firefighting and animals -interests that reflected his dedication to helping others. He also had an adventurous spirit and enjoyed drift cars and target shooting.

He will be lovingly remembered by his mother, Marge Elaine Biscoe; his father, Christopher David Biscoe; and his stepmother, Heather Hirschberg. Dylan is also survived by his brother, Peyton Biscoe, and his sister, Hayley Hirschberg. He was the cherished grandson of Walter and Jeanne Biscoe, and Robert and Karen Mooring.

Dylan leaves behind many extended family members who held a special place in his life, including his aunts, Kate Mooring and Susan Parlett; his uncle, John "Jay" Parlett; and his cousins, Paige Bowling, Liam Norvell, Camden Parlett, Kylie Parlett, and John Parlett.

A memorial service will be held at a later date.

Donations in Dylan's name can be made to the St. Mary's Animal Adoption & Resource Center or the Mechanicsville Volunteer Fire Department.
