It is with heavy hearts and profound sadness that we announce the unexpected passing of Dylan Cooper, at the age of 25, on Tuesday, September 2nd, 2025. He was a beloved son, brother, grandson, friend and colleague whose presence in our lives will forever be cherished.

Born on June 6th, 2000, in Hendersonville, NC, Dylan brought joy, kindness, and laughter to everyone around him. His crooked smile, warm heart, and caring nature made him a friend to all who knew him. An artist at heart, Dylan poured his creativity into designing clothing, writing poetry, and sharing his thoughts in words with those around him. He loved to cook, explore the outdoors and hiking, and had a passion for spending time with friends and creating connections with others. He was a free-spirit and walked life on his own range, and lived his life with enthusiasm, embracing each day with an adventurous spirit, persistence and determination. He was also a man of faith and held his Christian beliefs.

Left to cherish his memory are his father, Dustin Cooper, and wife, Vanessa; his brother, Brandon Cooper (Ashelyn) and stepbrothers: Jace and Xander Schilling; his grandma, Tamara Pearson; great-grandmother, Suzanne Greene; uncles and aunts: Don and Kim Pearson, and Bob and Diane Railton; his close friend, Holland Raphael, and cousins: Sawyer and Reid Pearson.

A private memorial service will be held at a later date.

Though his time with us was far too short, Dylan made a lasting impression on those fortunate enough to know him. He had a remarkable ability to lift others up, whether it was through a simple gesture of kindness, an encouraging word, or his unwavering loyalty and support. His family, friends and coworkers will always remember him for his genuine compassion and his willingness to lend a helping hand whenever needed.
