Dylan Thomas McEvoy 54 of bay City, Michigan, passed away peacefully on March 4, 2026 at MyMichigan Hospital after a brief illness. Dylan was a self-employed mechanic. He liked talking about cars new & old. Dylan also enjoyed playing his guitar, deer hunting, ice fishing and the company of his family and friends.
Dylan is survived by his mother, Donna S. McEvoy; aunts and uncles, Dana Dodge, Clare (Debbie) Wasek, Danny (Lorraine) Dodge, Darla Dodge, and Sharon Westphal; cousins, Khristina, Jody & Tony, Dustin and Danielle, Donovan and Gina; good friends, Josh, Jeff, Rick, Bill, Robby, Corey, and Brandon; His cherished dog, Chloe.
Dylan was predeceased by his father Henry McEvoy; great grandparents, Harmon & Ruby Carney; grandparents, Russell & Lillian Dodge, Henry & Rosemary McEvoy; uncle, David Dodge; and aunt Linda Schultz.
The family would like to extend their deepest gratitude to the Doctors, Nurses and Staff at MyMichigan Hospital for the kind and compassionate care provided for Dylan during his illness. A special thank you to family and friends for their love and support.
At the request of Dylan, Cremation has taken place and private inurnment will take place at a later date. In lieu of flowers, contributions may be considered to wishes of the family.
