We bid farewell to Dylan Jonah Rass who left us unexpectedly on January 22, 2025. Dylan was born in London, UK in 1997 and came to Massachusetts in 2000 with his family.
He loved spending summer vacations at Lake Pemaquid in Maine, was an avid skateboarder, and loved to fish. He recently launched a successful career with an energy resources company cut short by a tragic accident.
Dylan struggled most of his life with an auto-immune disease but never let this slow him down. He was fiercely loyal to his family and friends.
Dylan leaves behind his grieving parents, Heidi Baildon-Rass and Michael Rass, his brother Patrick and sister Jennifer, two grandmothers, Gudrun and Friga, as well as many other relatives and friends.
Instead of flowers, the family requests donations to the Massachusetts Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals – Angell Animal Medical Center (MSPCA-Angell) because Dylan loved animals-especially his three cats.

Dear Mike- I'm so sorry to hear of this horrible tragedy. If Dylan was anything like his dad,(and I'm sure he was), he was an outstanding young man. My prayers are with you and yours
