Dylan Earl Smith

Dylan Earl Smith, 29, of Lexington, Indiana passed away on Monday, May 22, 2023 in Scottsburg, Indiana. He was born on September 16, 1993 in Jeffersonville, Indiana, the son of Lloyd McNear and Tammy (Smith) Spicer. Dylan loved the outdoors especially fishing, camping, and shopping. He was preceded in death by his great grandfather, Levi Noel. Dylan is survived by his son, Brennan Smith of Austin, Indiana; his mother, Tammy (Lee) Spicer of Lexington, Indiana; his father, Lloyd McNear of Austin, Indiana; one sister, Desiree (Jacob) Turner of North Carolina; grandparents, Earl (Alice) Smith of Lexington, Indiana; one uncle, Dion (Johanna) Grider of Washington State; one nephew, Grayson Logston; two nieces, Kyri Logston and Callie Turner; and several cousins. Visitation will be held on Thursday, May 25, 2023 at Collins Funeral Home from 11:00 am until the time of service at 1:00 pm with Matthew Craig officiating.
