E. Richard Wrinn
E. Richard Wrinn "Rich", 59, departed this life on March 2, 2026, at home surrounded by his loving family. He was born in New Haven, CT on September 14, 1966, to Eugene and Marilyn (GallenKamp) Wrinn. Richard grew up in Wallingford and attended Choate Rosemary Hall graduating with the Class of 1984. After High School, earned his bachelor's degree from Holy Cross College in MA. Richard was a jack of all trades, holding various jobs throughout his life. He found his true passion spending his time fishing and fly tying. He also loved spending time with his beloved family. Besides his loving parents Eugene and Marilyn, Richard is survived by his two brothers: Stephen Wrinn of Indiana and Daniel (Cameron) Wrinn of Maryland. He also leaves behind three nephews, one niece and a special aunt, Linda Martinez of Texas. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Thursday, March 5, 2026, at 10:30 a.m. at St. Benedict of Nursia Parish, Church of the Resurrection Campus in Wallingford. Burial will take place at St. Lawrence Cemetery in West Haven. The family will receive visitors on Thursday prior to Mass from 9:00 a.m. to 10:00 a.m. at the B.C. Bailey Funeral Home. In lieu of flowers, donations in Rich's name may be made to the National Alliance on Mental Illness (NAMI) https://www.NAMI.org/. To leave a message of remembrance, please visit www.BaileyCares.com
