He was born March 19, 1967, in Mason County, Kentucky, a son of the late Milford Earl and Ida Mae Beckett Bivens.
He enjoyed hunting, playing pool, tinkering on things and spending time with his family.
Earl is survived by two sisters, Carol Bivens of Maysville, Kentucky and Kay Bivens of Flemingsburg, Kentucky and several nieces, nephews and cousins who will sadly miss him.
Graveside services will be held at Burtonville Cemetery at a later date with burial to follow.
