Earl James Demps

Earl James Demps, known to many as Buck, was born to Wesley and Ruthie Tanksley Demps in Taylor, TX.
He was the life of the party, always telling jokes, dancing, and full of life. He lived a full life, loving his family and all the people around him. EVERYONE loved Buck. After moving back from West Texas, he began a career with Longhorn Meat Market, where he stayed employed for over 25 years. During these years, he would meet and marry Minnie Lou Demps on February 14, 1996. He would become widowed in 2017.
Earl was preceded in death by both parents, both maternal and paternal grandparents, three sisters, Barbara Brown, Joyce Carter, and Debra DuBose, and five brothers, William Demps, Melvin Demps, Leroy Demps, Harold Demps, and Lawrence Demps.
Earl leaves to cherish his memories, one daughter, Latasha Williams, two granddaughters; Ashley Davis and Miranda Williams; four great grandchildren; one bonus daughter, Rosa Sanders; one bonus son, Scott Sanders; 4 bonus grandchildren, Shell Milligan, Nicole Sanders-Griffin, Neisha Milligan, Nick Lurks and ten bonus great grandchildren; one brother George Demps; five sisters; Ardia Hardeman, Lavern Patterson, Wesley Griffin, Norma Brown and Lovie Demps, two aunts; Jo Tanksley McCowan, of Houston, Tx and Loyce Tanksley Green of New Llano, LA
