Lebanon, NH - Earl R. Jette, age 85, passed Tuesday, December 17, 2024.
Family and friends are invited to Earl's calling hours at the Ricker Funeral Home in Lebanon on Friday December 27th from 5 to 7 PM. A Mass of Christian burial will be celebrated Saturday December 28th at 10 AM at Sacred Heart Church. Burial will follow in the Sacred Heart Cemetery.
To plant trees in memory, please visit the Sympathy Store.

Earl and I crossed paths at Dartmouth and quickly became the best of friends. He showed me how to make cross country skis, snowshoes, and introduced me to basic forestry management and surveying. There is no doubt that he fanned the spark that encouraged me to seek my masters in forestry from Yale University after graduating from Dartmouth. In my humble opinion, he was one of the best things about the Dartmouth Outing Club while I was there. I will always remember him.
