Mr. Earl Wayne "Moe" Miller, age 64 of Harriman, went home to be with the Lord on Saturday, September 13, 2025, with his family by his side. He was born on April 3, 1961, in Rockwood. He was a member of the Big Emory Baptist Church in Harriman. He was also an avid hunter and fisherman who enjoyed spending his time outdoors. His most favorite thing to do though was spend time with his grandchildren. He retired from Y12 after many years working as a chemical operator. He is preceded in death by his parents: Dale Curtis Miller & Pauline Lewis Miller; Brothers: Ted Miller & Joe Miller; sister-in-law: Gloria Miller. He is survived by:
Wife: Penny Miller
Daughter: Andrea Miller
Son: Chad Miller (Kala)
Son: Dylan Miller (Kendra)
4 Grandchildren: Kaiden Douglass, Kourtlynn Miller, Sylas Miller, and Adaline Miller
Sisters: Wanda Robinson (John) & Sandra Miller (Laura Connor)
along with a host of nieces, nephews, and other extended family members and friends
The family will receive friends on Tuesday, September 16, 2025, from 5:00-7:00 pm ET at the First Christian Church Disciples of Christ in Rockwood, TN. A celebration of life service will follow at 7:00 pm ET. Cremation arrangements have been made and a private interment will be held at a later date. Evans Mortuary is serving the family of Mr. Earl Wayne "Moe" Miller.
